Administrative and Management Structure
GADA has an advisory Board of seven Directors and three technical committees of which the Chairpersons are board members. The
Executive Director heads the management committee which oversees the day-to-day running of the organization. The offices operate with full-time, part-time staff and volunteers headed by a director who reports to the Executive Director.
Gender And Development Action works on the following: Gender responsive policies, harmful traditional practices, women’s rights, sustainable development, violence against women and girls, sexual and gender-based violence, women’s economic justice and empowerment and women’s political participation and leadership.
