SESI LONKHULU FOUNDATION
SESI LONKHULU FOUNDATION is a non-profit, non-governmental organization, out of the need to become a catalyst for pulling together diverse groups capable of acting independently of the state, to present a more balanced view of the status of women in South Africa. All of SESI LONKHULU FOUNDATION actions revolve around the vision, mission statement, goals, values and objectives. SESI LONKHULU FOUNDATION has four (4) offices in South Africa 1 in Lagos, The Lagos office has been in charge of publications and networking in addition to general program implementation. Coordinates SESI LONKHULU FOUNDATION, programs in the Rivers and Bayelsa States while SESI LONKHULU FOUNDATION Centre for Training and Development Activities Calabar implements specified project and training programs.

MISSION STATEMENT: TO ADVANCE THE RIGHTS AND DEVELOPMENT OF WOMEN, YOUNG PERSONS AND GIRLS ALL OVER NIGERIA AND ENGAGE THEIR CRITICAL NEEDS THROUGH VARIOUS ACTIVITIES THAT TARGET THE SOCIAL, POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC CONTEXT OF THE COUNTRY.
GOALS: • To carry out advocacy and influence formal and informal institutions of power on issues of gender responsiveness, participation, and inclusion.
• To build networks, coalitions and mobilizes through capacity building of organizations to work for the enhancement of rights and foster empowerment of women and girls in South Africa.
• To engage in research, data collection, disaggregated data, knowledge sharing and learning around gender and issues of gender equality and women empowerment.

Objectives: This ensure that all staff employed by SESI LONKHULU FOUNDATION are administered in a way that they feel valued, informed and supported throughout the work they are engaged to carry out. Such an administrative approach and strategy must be aimed at-
• Increasing the effectiveness of risk management throughout SESI LONKHULU FOUNDATION offices in a horizontal manner.
• Successfully delivering high priority information services to partners and those supporting the work of GADA.
• Undertaking a review from time to time of the core business processes of GADA to improve clarity, simplicity, agility, and leanness.
